Enjoy the journey, but have purpose - a destination in your sights.
Success generally doesn't just bite us in the butt as we sit around waiting for it. Luck favors the prepared, and my wish for us all is that we move forward in 2017 with purpose. Set your sights on worthy goals, but don't forget to enjoy the journey.
I thought I would share my personal goals with you in case it might motivate or help someone gain clarity on their own goals and journey.
How I plan to start each day:
Drink a large glass of water
List 3 things I'm grateful for / pray
Read from spiritually powerful books
Move (5 - 20 minutes)
Drink a veggie juice or detox drink (UltraClear RENEW - available at Integrative.metagenics.com)
My personal goals for 2017:
Read from the Bible, The course of miracles and the book: The disappearance of the universe.
Consistent exercise (5 days a week)
Eat paleo minus the fruit until I reach my desired weight of 180. (add fruit once at goal weight if I can maintain weight)
Write a book on addictions (focus opiates)
Implement Fullscript (this enables my patients access to most brands of supplements at a discount)
